The Kent Arts Conference (KArtsCon) is about sharing, learning, and networking. We are very lucky that we have partners who work with us to ensure a sound and enjoyable program for everyone.
We have some wonderful partners in the Medway region of Kent. In 2025, we are partnered with the Medway School of Arts who will be hosting us at their wonderful facilities at The Historic Dockyard Chatham. The Halpern Charitable Foundation and Medway Council have been amazing with resources, contacts, support and publicity. On top of that, we are grateful to all the participants who lavish love on us through their feedback, enthusiasm and participation.
To help our events run smoothly, we depend on volunteers for things such as venue upkeep, showing attendees where to go, topping up refreshments/water, hosting sessions, etc. You can even help us by car-sharing or picking up/dropping off attendees if this on your way to/from home.
We are trying to be as inclusive as we can, and therefore, would like to make the event as accessible as possible to all types of attendees. If you would like to be a volunteer, then please complete the form below.
Please use this form to submit your proposal for sponsorship.
Since the conference is not-for-profit, we depend on conference fees and sponsors to be able to put together a good programme and bring in excellent speakers and workshop presenters.
We are grateful for any sponsorships to help bring like-minded people together. If your organisation prefers to ‘give back’ to the community or to connect more closely with arts professionals, this could be a useful way to extend your marketing reach and branding.
To date, we have welcomed participants from all over the world and each year brings new faces.
A minimum donation of £25 will ensure that you are listed in the Conference booklets as a sponsor.
You can place an advertisement in the A4 booklet. Rates are as follows:
