Exhibition: Various Craftworks

  1. Title: Hand Embroidery

Embroidery with feathers is a cherished tradition that we aim to preserve for future generations. The technique involves using a needle to secure several pieces of material, after which a cross-stitch is made over these pieces with another needle, creating various patterns with colourful threads.

  • Title: Weaving Looms

The weaving process, or looming, is conducted on a spiked frame where the yarn is interlaced. Then, using a needle, the yarn is threaded through each spike, spanning the full length of the weave to create various patterns. This technique is used to make placemats.

  • Title: Crafting with Spears

These crochet pieces are created using hooks and yarn; the hook catches the yarn and pulls it through, making it a challenge to complete a piece with just hooks.
