My name is Jamila Zanna Muhammad. I am a graduate of Mass Communication who wrote articles on social issues and advertisements in the print media and did some radio presentations. However, my true love is in the creative arts. I have been painting on fabrics for the last 25 years and occasionally do some canvas painting as a hobby which I gift to friends and family members during special occasions.
However, during the recent coronavirus lockdown, I got the inspiration to start a full-time acrylic and oil canvas paintings. I not only love it but am obsessed and passionate about expressing my love and understanding of humanity and my environment. My paintings are abstract and metaphysical with a deep linkage between what we are and what we ought to be, what we are, and what we wish to be with the overall expression of our common humanity.
