Some of you attending KArtsCon 2023 may need travel visas and/or documents to secure funding for your trip to Canterbury.
PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU MUST BE REGISTERED AND BOOKED before we can issue the necessary documents. You should direct all of these requests to Nina Hopson (projects@warnborough.edu) and include the following information:
- Your name (as it appears on your passport)
- A scanned copy of your passport (must show the passport number and expiry date)
- Your date of birth
- Your precise dates of arrival and departure
- The address/contact info of where you will be submitting your visa application (so we can properly prepare your documents)
- Information about where you intend to stay
The British Home Office requires ALL of the above, so by all means do not omit anything when you submit your request.
IF you have any trouble with Registration, you can contact Mrs. Hopson or us –and we will assist you in the registration process.
Please do not delay. Visas can take some time to come through — and you don’t want to miss #KArtsCon 2023. We are looking forward to welcoming you to Chatham!
