Dr. Pamela Hatton has spent all her working life in health care. Apart from her general practice work covering all aspects of individual behaviours and functioning, her main areas of focus have been on self-image, domestic violence, gender confidence, and inappropriate behaviours in the workplace.
To date, her written work has focused mainly on standards in nursing, and mobbing and bullying in the workplace. In her program – My View From The Bridge: Dementia and the Arts – Dr. Hatton will be sharing her experiences of how the power of Art can help bridge communication difficulties in people suffering from a decline in mental ability.
